Welcome to ArchonFlow ("we", "us", "our", or "ArchonFlow"). By accessing or using our website, services, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
ArchonFlow is an AI-powered video repurposing platform that allows users to trim, crop, transcribe, and add subtitles to long-form videos to create short-form content. The Service is provided subject to your compliance with all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account, and you accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
ArchonFlow offers both free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise). Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in the specified currency (GH₵/ZAR) on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly set forth in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing, quotas, and tier limits at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights, intellectual property, and title to any video, audio, text, or other content you upload to or process through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading or processing User Content, you grant ArchonFlow a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, parse, copy, process, and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Content: ArchonFlow and its original content, features, functionality, software, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of ArchonFlow and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or distribute any content that:
- Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on any third party's rights.
- Contains software viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Violates the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) from which you ingest media. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download and edit any third-party video content.
You also agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including rate limit controls, account verification systems, or resource quotas.
7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHONFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, DATA LOSS, OR PROCESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Accra, Ghana.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
